Guacamole




Ingredients:


  • 3 Avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed (the riper the better)

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ½ Small onion finely diced

  • 3 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander

  • 1/2 Fresh Chilli (finally diced)

  • 1 Tomato (diced for garnish)


Method:


In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.


(if you would like super-smooth guacamole then use a food processor for the first part)


Mix in the onion, coriander, and chilli.


Taste, add a little more salt if you wish, or even spice things up a bit more with a little more chilli.


Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately.


Add the diced tomato on top for a garnish before you serve.
