The three starred Michelin experience chef has worked in the finest restaurants in the world.
Firstly Raymond Blanc's two Michelin stared Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons (4 Years), followed by the also two Michelin stared La Palme D'Or in Cannes, France (1 year).
Then, until just a few months ago, restaurant Arpége in Paris (4 years) with three stars Michelin the highest achievement possible for a restaurant, which also obtained number 12 in the top 50 restaurants in the world.
